JOB DESCRIPTION :

Responsible for the commercial operations (accounting, human resources, sales, logistics) of the business unit wire springs and stamping components. In cooperation with the German technical GM running it profitably by effectively managing men, machine, material and money supported by a new SAP system with focus on TQM, TPS, continuous improvement and lean manufacturing. Should have held at least 5 years in auto ancillary industry with responsibility as “Business Unit Head“ or other comparable leadership function. Knowledge of accounting, factory production in general and exposure in sales is essential. Experience in European, Japanese or American business environment would be favorable. Persons should indicate their current and expected salary. German language spoken is no precondition but welcome.
