Job Description:
Provide thought leadership to teams working on:
~ Market Assessment
~ Project Entry Strategy and Investment Feasibility Assessment
~ Financial Modeling and Structuring Advice
~ Business / Products portfolio strategy, Business Modeling & Plan Development, Business Due Diligence, (Strategic/ Commercial / Operational), Business Planning, Review and Validation
~ Entry Strategy (Inbound/ Outbound)
~ Pre-deal evaluation
~ Synergy evaluation
~The Role will require travel within the country and overseas

Candidate Profile:
~ IIT / IIM / CA / MBA Finance (from one of the leading Indian or International B Schools) with 5 to 11 years of experience in front line management consulting firms, equity research firm or investment bank
~ Strong and well rounded business and macro economic understanding
~ Experience in industry studies, strategy formulation, business plan development, statistical & financial modeling, valuation, etc.
~ Strong analytical bent of mind and structured problem solving approach~ High level of strategic and creative thinking
~ Extremely high level of comfort with spreadsheets, MS word and Power point
